what is this emulator guide for? I have download it and put it into the core file located in the libretro file. what does it do in the game?
Oh, good point. I shoudl add that to the emulator guide.
Quinn's arcade in Old Tech Town (The 3.5" floppy icon) has arcade cabinets you can play on, and there's a handheld system in the officer housing apartment in the capsule apartments area.
found the underground near the end of the club district on the floor, helps if your hud is active. also noticed i could shoot the drones flying over and they drop crates very cool. this just keeps getting better.
I have not even entered the game world yet and im already excited to see whats new and improved. I had took a break from VR for a few days and now this has brought me back. Looking forward to all future progress. Edit: Two clunkers carrying objects in the new underground area in the large tunnel where you first arrive seem to get stuck trying to go opposite ways while the door is open, I watched one slide past the door and through the railing a bit so i figured, cool, no big deal. i realize that door is open to give us extra routes which is great, but i figured id let you know, it didnt bother me that much, definitely not game breaking in the least.

It seams to be working with the new update! I did notice that the old song on the patrol cars radio is now gone. It'll be missed. Can't wait to see what's in store for us in the next update!
Its not gone, its on the radio, but the stations are playing a random play list right now.We'll allow you to get a tape player to play specific songs later on ;)
